BRIGHAM CITY — Brigham Metropolis police have arrested a person who they are saying was concerned in a success and run crash that critically injured a 76-year-old man Saturday night time.
Eddy Garza, 67, was booked into the Field Elder County Jail for investigation of failure to stay on the scene of an accident, Brigham Metropolis Police Chief Chad Reyes stated.
The 76-year-old man was crossing the road and was hit within the southbound lane in entrance of a gasoline station close to 600 S. Major about 7:20 p.m., Brigham Metropolis police stated. The person was transported to the hospital with critical accidents.
“He appears like he’ll make it however he does have some fairly critical accidents and he’ll be within the hospital for some time,” Reyes stated.
