ACLU sues Mo. school district over library books

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri filed a lawsuit towards the Wentzville Faculty District on behalf of two college students over a call to take away eight books from faculty libraries. Anthony Rothert, director of built-in advocacy of ACLU of Missouri, says the varsity board “can’t ban books as a result of the books and their characters illustrate viewpoints completely different of these of college board.”
